Open Streets Macon is FREE and open to people of all ages and abilities. Even if you have no clue what exactly Open Streets is, come! We promise you'll like it!
It’s not a race, and you don’t need a bike to participate. You can walk or skate to your heart’s content.
We encourage you to get to Open Streets Macon by bike or by foot. If you have to drive, then with friends/family is always best. Street parking and other options are identified on this google map.
There’s no beginning or end. Start and end anywhere!
Remember to bring sunscreen and water.
Help us kick off Open Streets Macon with the Bicycle Parade that begins at Bruce Elementary + Houston Avenue in the Lynmore Hub. Dress-up your bike at 1:00 PM with free decorations and join the parade at 1:45 PM!
